Take deposits through your booking page at the moment the client books. Put a deposit on the long or often-missed treatments, show your cancellation policy before payment, and have the money paid straight into your own card account so refunds are one click from the appointment.
Cut no-shows with four things working together: a deposit on the services that get missed, a cancellation policy clients see before they book, a reminder before the appointment, and a link that makes moving the appointment easier than ignoring it. A waiting list then refills the gaps that still appear.
Add the patch test as its own service, then mark the treatments that need it. A client booking one of those treatments then needs a patch test on record a minimum number of hours before it. Record the result and the consent on the client’s profile.
