A deposit rule per treatment
Ask for a percentage or a fixed amount on the long treatments and nothing on the quick ones.
Patch tests first
Mark the patch test as required for the treatment. A client then needs a patch test at least 48 hours before it, by default, and a recognised client with one on record books straight away. You choose the gap.
Rooms and beds
Book the room with the therapist, so two facials never land in the same room.

Can clients book more than one treatment in a visit?
Yes. Clients add treatments and add-ons in one booking, and the diary holds the right therapist and room for each.
Can I take a deposit on some treatments only?
Yes. Each treatment has its own rule: no deposit, a percentage or a fixed amount. Deposits go straight to your own Stripe account. We add no fee on top; Stripe charges its standard card fees.
Can the team share one salon tablet?
Yes. Turn on staff PINs and each person signs in on the salon tablet with their own PIN of 4 to 6 digits.
How do I move from my current system?
Export your clients and services from your current system as a CSV and import them. You check every row before anything is saved, and you can undo an import. Gift voucher, package and loyalty balances can come across too, and vouchers keep working with the codes clients already hold.
