draft-2026-10-10

Platform terms

Draft for Mohamed’s review. Not approved legal advice or an effective agreement.

Review draft

These proposed terms require Mohamed’s legal and commercial approval. The contracting entity, contact address, VAT treatment, liability limits and dispute terms must be confirmed. This draft is not a claim that legal review has taken place.

Business service

The platform supplies appointment, business administration and connected payment tools to business customers. The salon remains responsible for its services, availability, prices, refund and cancellation policies, staff permissions and client communications. Booking a salon service creates a relationship with the salon, not the platform operator.

Accounts and acceptable use

Use accurate business details, protect credentials and only grant the access each person needs. Do not upload unlawful material or client information without the necessary authority and notices. Client migration and use of real client data remain subject to separate owner approval. Do not evade security checks or send unsolicited communications.

Trial and subscription

New businesses receive a 7-day free trial. It starts when the owner chooses a plan and adds a payment card at checkout; nothing is charged before it ends and it can be cancelled any time before then. Paid-plan limits need confirmation. Mohamed’s stated monthly prices are Solo £79, Team £149 and Multi-site £299; whether VAT is included or additional must be confirmed before sale. A checkout quote must state the plan, charges and applicable terms before a subscription is accepted.

Payments

Salons receive their own client payments through their connected Stripe account. Email verification and completed live onboarding are required before activating live deposits. Stripe fees, disputes, payout timing and its connected-account terms apply separately. Platform subscription charges are separate from salon client deposits.

Changes and cancellation

Plan changes and cancellation must be offered through the subscription controls and confirmed by the provider before access changes. Proration, cancellation timing and any refund entitlement must be clearly shown before confirmation. The final commercial policy is pending review.

Suspension and service limits

Access may be restricted for security, unlawful use or payment failure, with notice where appropriate. Suspension must not silently erase records. Availability, recovery objectives, support commitments and exit/export arrangements require confirmation.

Data and legal provisions

The salon data processing agreement governs the platform’s processing of salon-controlled records. Intellectual property, confidentiality, warranty exclusions, liability, governing law, dispute handling and termination provisions must be reviewed before these terms become effective. Mandatory legal rights are not excluded by this draft.
