Can I require a consultation before a treatment?
Yes. Set the consultation as the required service for the treatment, with a minimum gap between them.
Can a course of laser sessions never expire?
Courses run for the validity you set, up to 3,650 days, which in practice means they do not expire.
Who can see client records?
Owners and managers see everything. You choose whether practitioners see contact details, and uploads are stored privately.
How do I move from my current system?
Export your clients and services from your current system as a CSV and import them. You check every row before anything is saved, and you can undo an import. Gift voucher, package and loyalty balances can come across too, and vouchers keep working with the codes clients already hold.
