Billing
How billing works.
When does billing start?
When your 7-day trial ends. The trial starts when you choose your plan, and you can cancel any time before your first payment.
What happens if I reach my booking limit?
Existing bookings carry on as normal. Upgrade to take more new bookings that month; the change is pro-rated.
What counts as bookable staff?
People clients can book with. Owners, managers and reception staff who do not take appointments do not count.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe. Invoices with VAT shown are in your billing page, and you can update your card or cancel there.
What does it cost to take deposits?
Deposits and payments go to your own Stripe account. We add no fee on top; Stripe charges its standard processing fees.
Are prices shown with VAT?
Yes. Every price on this site includes UK VAT at 20%, and your invoices show the VAT.
