The monthly plan
Fresha’s Independent plan is £14.95 a month for a single calendar column. The Team plan is £9.95 a month for each bookable team member, and businesses with over 20 team members can ask for Enterprise pricing. Fresha says there is no minimum commitment or long-term contract, and its pricing page shows every rate excluding VAT at 20%.
The marketplace new client fee
When a new client finds you on Fresha’s marketplace, Fresha charges a one-time 20% of their first completed appointment, with a minimum of £4 per client. Fresha says the fee has a cap for higher-value services but does not publish the amount. Returning clients never carry the fee.
- No fee for new clients who find you through your own website, Instagram or Facebook
- No fee through the Book Now links in your Fresha profile
- No fee if the client was already in your client list, or imported before their first booking
- The fee does apply if the client viewed your Fresha marketplace profile first, then booked another way, including on your website
- Items added at checkout, memberships, gift cards, products bought online and tips are left out
- The fee is non-refundable. It is deferred if the client cancels online themselves, and still applies if your team cancels for them
- There is no fee if you mark a same-day no-show

The same month on TSF Booking
The Team plan is £149 a month for up to 8 bookable staff, with no VAT charged and no commission on any client, new or returning. Card payments go through your own Stripe account at Stripe’s standard fees, paid to Stripe.
If few of your new clients come from the marketplace, Fresha’s plan on its own costs less than ours. The difference grows with each new marketplace client, so count yours for a month before you decide.
