What happens when a class is full?
Clients join the waiting list. When a place frees up it is offered to the next person in order.
Can I cancel one class in a weekly timetable?
Yes. Add an exception date, or cancel the class. Every booked client is emailed, and you decide on any refund.
Can I sell class packs?
Yes. Packs and memberships are used each time the client books.
How do I move from my current system?
Export your clients and services from your current system as a CSV and import them. You check every row before anything is saved, and you can undo an import.
