Recommend TSF Booking to the businesses you work with and earn 20% of the subscription fees each one pays us in its first 12 months as a paying client. We talk to them, set them up and support them. You are paid monthly by bank transfer, and there is no cost to join.

What you earn
20% of the first 12 months.
Plain arithmetic, not a promise: your fee is 20% of what the business actually pays us. Every plan starts with 7 days free, and no VAT is charged.

Terms
The partner terms.

- The fee. 20% of the subscription fees a business you introduce pays us in its first 12 months as a paying client. It covers TSF Booking plans and our AI receptionist and core subscription plans. One-off setup fees, call minutes over the plan allowance, refunds and any amount we do not receive are excluded.
- When it counts. The introduction is registered with us before the business signs up: through the form on this page, an email to hello@scalingfirm.com, or the business signing up through your partner link. The business must be new to us: not a client, and not in an active conversation with us in the previous 90 days. If two partners introduce the same business, the first registered introduction counts.
- When you are paid. Monthly in arrears, by bank transfer, within 30 days of the end of the month in which the client’s payment clears, with a statement from billing@scalingfirm.com. Payments stop if the client cancels; a refunded payment is deducted from the next payout.
- How you introduce. With the business’s permission. No cold calls, no unsolicited texts, and no claims about our products beyond what our website says. You do not represent yourself as The Scaling Firm.
- Who can join. Businesses and sole traders in the UK. No self-referrals.
- Tax. SHINIMINI LTD is not VAT registered. You are responsible for tax on your fees. If you are VAT registered, invoice us for your fee plus VAT.
- Changes. We may change or end the programme with 30 days’ notice by email. Fees already earned under these terms are still paid for the full 12 months.
How much do partners earn?
20% of the subscription fees the business pays in its first 12 months as a paying client, paid monthly.
When is the fee paid?
Monthly in arrears, within 30 days of the end of the month in which the client’s payment clears.
What counts as an introduction?
A business you tell us about, with its permission, before it signs up, and that is new to us.
Do I need to sell?
No. Introduce the business and we handle the conversation, setup and support.
Is there a cost to join?
No.
How does my partner link work?
Your link adds your partner code, for example book.scalingfirm.com/?ref=YOURCODE. When the business signs up, the code is recorded against its account, and the sign-up form also has a Referred by box for your code or name.
