Yes. Voice agents and automation tools book through the same API and MCP server, with the same availability, deposits and policies your staff use. Money actions such as refunds can require a person to approve them.
Change plan whenever you like; the difference is worked out for you. Cancel and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Your records stay in your account.
You do. We process it on your behalf under our data processing agreement, and you can export it at any time.
